Indiana gym membership cancellation laws
Indiana gives 3 full business days to cancel. Notice must be in writing and delivered in person or by certified or registered mail, along with your membership cards. You can also cancel for death, total disability, or if the club moves or closes more than 5 miles away. Moving away is not a cancellation right in Indiana.
