Before you send it

Check your membership agreement for the exact cancellation address and method. If your gym lists a central address on its guide page, we fill it in for you.
Sign the letter. Keep a copy. Send it by USPS Certified Mail (with return receipt for proof of delivery) or deliver it in person and get a dated receipt.
Moving or disability: attach proof (new lease or utility bill, or a doctor's note) if your state or contract requires it.
